By submitting this registration or engaging in any activity with a member of or the organization of the California Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association Presidents Council and Associated Chapters, attendees acknowledge that they assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Attendees hereby release and covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the CAWSMRA Rough Ashlars, CAWSMRAPC, CAWSMRAPC Associated Chapters, Kenny Tawzer, and/or, Widows Sons Ranch, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
