In accordance with the provisions of Section 1200.015 of the California Masonic Code, I hereby affirm on my honor as a Master Mason that I am not a member of an organization known as “The Grand and Glorious Order of the Knights of the Creeping Serpent,” also known as “The Snakes,” nor the “Travelers Tambayan,” also known as “The TT,” or any similar organization by whatsoever name known, and that I will not become a member until and unless this organization is approved by majority vote of Grand Lodge in Annual Communication assembled.
